Bracknell Regeneration Partnership Bracknell Forest Council

With less than three months to go until The Lexicon opens, Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) is pleased to announce three new signings including Boots, Office and The Entertainer.

The new flagship Boots store will be located on the corner of Braccan Walk adjacent to Primark.  Relocating from Princess Square, the new two-floor 19,500 sq ft store, will offer customers the very latest in health, beauty and pharmacy products and services.

The brand new store will have a real focus on beauty, showcasing a wide range of premium brands including No 7, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Liz Earle, Smashbox, Bare Minerals and Benefit.

The store will also boast a dedicated healthcare area that brings together a great choice of products plus pharmacy and consultation rooms for vaccinations and other pharmacy services.  Boots Opticians and Boots Hearingcare practices will also open on September 7 2017.

In addition, leading edge fashion footwear specialist, Office is opening a 4,803 sq ft store on Braccan Walk, joining Boots, River Island, Foot Locker and New Look.

Also new to Braccan Walk is the biggest independent toy retailer in the UK, The Entertainer.  Taking a 5,564 sq ft unit, the store will offer a vast range of children’s indoor and outdoor toys, craft products, electronic games and more.

Simon Russian, development manager for Legal & General on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, says: “We are very excited that Boots has chosen to launch one of its flagship, new concept stores in The Lexicon, bringing even more desirable brands to the town centre. With so many sought after retailers on offer to shoppers, we hope that these stores will continue to transform the town centre and draw visitors from across the region as we prepare for opening on September 7.”

Cllr Marc Brunel-Walker, executive member for economic development and regeneration, said: “It’s great news that Boots has chosen Bracknell as a location for one of its flagship stores. Boots’ concept store will add a much welcome different dynamic to The Lexicon, complementing the other stores already announced. I’m also delighted that The Entertainer will be part of our new town centre as it is a firm family favourite, plus Office will add to the fashion shops available.”
